At the entrance of Lassen Volcanic National Park you can visit a museum, and turning right, the park store. You can camp on the park as well. |

We enjoy the park so much that you change our trip plans: Instead of going thru the park and back from Hwy 89, we decide to go back from the inside road of the park again. |

At our camp site we fire the grill for our dinner and had the surprise of having Rick Mayer as our neighbor, with his buttmobile and family. Rick made the seats for my both K1200LT and he is one of the best craftsman for this job. If you ever need a custom bike seat, talk with him. We had a great evening chatting with him and his family. |

Who is Elton I was born in Brazil and my wife and I moved to USA, California in 1996, for a change in our lives. Took us some time to learn the language and get into this country, but I think we are doing very well expect the learning a new language after 35 is not easy. We became citizens in 2007. |
